The service
Service Cuyahoga (servicecuyahoga.com) is run by WeldonPC. It gives you a private hours book and planning tools. It is not an official record and does not verify hours; whoever asks for your hours decides what they accept.
Your book and its link
Your book is opened by a private link. Anyone with the link can read and change the book, so keep it to yourself. We cannot recover a lost link, because we only keep a scrambled form of it. Books not opened for 400 days are deleted, unless Book Plus is running.
Accuracy
Enter only hours you actually served. Totals and paces are arithmetic on what you enter; check anything important against your school's or organisation's own rules.
Book Plus
Book Plus costs $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year, paid through PayPal as a subscription you can cancel in PayPal at any time; it stays on until the paid period ends. No refunds for part periods, except where the law requires them. While the site is in preview, payments are switched off and every Plus feature is free.
Fair use
Do not use the site to store anything unlawful or other people's private data, or to overload it. Daily limits apply to new books and saves.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, WeldonPC is not liable for lost hours, missed deadlines or decisions made with the tools.
Questions
Questions about these terms, Book Plus or the site go to WeldonPC: Contact WeldonPC. WeldonPC cannot confirm or sign off anyone's hours; ask the organisation you served with.
